CLR GAME OF FANTASY 2019- LIVE AUCTION

We CRICKET IS OUR LOVE AND RELIGION popularly known as CLR started our journey with three years back in 2016 by creating our Facebook group with the intention of discussing cricket but with time we got fair amount of popularity among the facebook users mainly because of the constructive posts and discussions which took place during initial stages in our group. Later with time we the administration panel decided to create an identity of CLR beyond online and we started organising events like Quiz Contests, Cricket tournaments and fantasy leagues. Initially we didn't have the sources or funding or something like sponsorships with us so our admins invested their own money to organise the events. With God's grace the events became very successful and our offline agendas also started becoming popular just like our online forum. Till 2018 we were limited to the urban areas of Hooghly with our events but this year with the WC approaching we decided to organise the events in Kolkata to provide CLR more exposure with the people of the city.

So we decided to organise our "CLR GAME OF FANTASY 2019- LIVE AUCTION" in Kolkata as now we have reached more than ten thousand members in our Facebook group it was easy for us to promote the event as a result the team submission process started at 12 midnight and the ten spots were fulfilled within 3AM early morning. We have organised a fantasy leauge like many other groups but what differtiantes us from others is that the fact we organised a a LIVE AUCTION for this fantasy leauge amongst the ten participating teams named as......

8) NEVER GIVE UP

The event took place in Behala Aryya Vidyamandir on the above mentioned date starting from 11AM to at around 6:30 PM. There were 30 participants present there along with our organising team. We gave 8000 credit points to each team for them to start bidding for a player shown in the projector screen by us. There was a certain figure termed as base points for each player decided by us from where the bidding started. Thus we have auctioned all 190 player who are going to participate in the upcoming IPL and ended up giving away 167 players and rest remain untaken. Some of the significant point of the  auction are here following......

1) Starts like Harbhajan Singh remained untaken whereas WC hero Yuvraj Singh went for credit points 150 which was his base points.

2) Young lad known as "Babysitter" Rishabh Pant went for 1600 credit points whereas the legendary M S Dhoni  went for 940 credit points.

3) Afgani sensation Rashid Khan went 2050 credit points which was for more than Indian captain Virat Kohli (2000 credit points).

4) Mr.360 degree AB Deviliers although achieved the highest figure with 2100 credit points.

5) Uncapped players like Varun Chakravurthy, Sandip Warrier, Manjot Kalra, Prasidh Krishna went for high credit points.

6) Nepal's talent Sandip Lamichanne also dragged the bidding procedure for a while and went for 850 credit points.

We have arranged lunches for each of the participants as well. We ended up satisfying the participants by providing them an entertaining day all together as per as their reviews are concerned which eventually made our event successful. We are planning to make a screening of two WC matches in two reputed places of Kolkata which will be more challenging for us. We want your support and love to make our organisation more popular and successful.
